Landscape Sales Engineer

Company DescriptionSHIRA Saudi is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Landscape Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development for our specialized product lines in Shira. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Green Roof Systems, Garden Lighting, and Fountain/Water Features. You will be the technical sales champion, bridging the gap between client vision and technical feasibility.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for a Landscape Sales Engineer. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing technical support, and acting as a liaison between clients and the technical team. Key responsibilities include developing customer relationships, delivering presentations, preparing technical proposals, and addressing client inquiries. The role also involves providing pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or business development, specifically in the landscaping, construction, or specialized building materials industry.Experience within the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable.Technical Skills:Preferably understanding of green roof components (drainage, growing media, waterproofing, plant life).Familiarity with landscape lighting design principles, fixtures (LED, controls), and low-voltage systems.Basic knowledge of fountain/water feature hydraulics, filtration, and mechanical systems.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.Soft Skills:Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and thrive under pressure to meet targets.Strong client-facing and relationship-building abilities.
