We are backed by Mucker Capital. #######We are seeking an experienced Assistant to the CEO to support the CEO and manage administrative operations for a dynamic high-growth language and AI tech start-up in Albania.

This opportunity is ideal for a personable, highly organized individual ready to take a proactive and high-touch role in a fast-paced growing portfolio of businesses. The company is experiencing significant growth and investment, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting the CEO in an organization that is rapidly evolving and expanding. Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for meetings.
Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO when appropriate. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Assist in managing cross-functional strategic projects and track progress toward key business goals. Follow up with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met. Prepare presentations, reports, and communications in support of strategic initiatives. Draft and manage communications, memos, and reports from the CEO’s office. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. Coordinate with HR, Operations, and other departments to streamline executive initiatives.
Identify process improvements and provide administrative support to enhance the CEO’s efficiency. Help coordinate Board meetings and other executive-level gatherings. Support with time-sensitive tasks, decision-making preparation, and prioritization of responsibilities. Qualifications: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Language. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and project management platforms (e. g. , Asana, Trello). Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
