Language Manager – Quality Programs | 11-Month Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)€37–42 per hour (8h per day) | Remote in Ireland) | Occasional Dublin office attendance for key meetings I *ONLY PEOPLE LIVING IN IRELAND WILL BE CONSIDERED We’re partnering with one of the world’s leading technology companies—the team behind some of the most widely used social media and communication platforms—to find a Language Manager (Quality Programs) for their Internationalization team in Dublin.This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how billions of people experience products and content across multiple languages and cultures. You’ll play a key role in ensuring localization quality at scale through innovative, data-driven frameworks.What you’ll do:Lead and implement quality programs that ensure exceptional localization across all markets.Develop scalable frameworks to support language quality, vendor education, and terminology management.Analyse localization quality data and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements.Work closely with global partners, including engineering, content design, and vendor management, to deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences.Empower external localization vendors to deliver excellence by supporting and unblocking their work.What we’re looking for:3+ years’ experience in localization, quality management, or a related role.Vendor exposure, ability to work crossfunctionally with vendorsHands-on experience with CAT/TMS tools and familiarity with LSP processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven quality improvement.Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management abilities.A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.Preferred:Fluency in a second language (native or near-native).Experience using AI in localization workflows.Budgeting, finance management, forecastingIf you’re passionate about languages and want to help deliver world-class experiences for users around the globe, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact in one of the tech industry’s most influential global environments.
