Inventory Support Specialist

Job Title: Inventory Support SpecialistDepartment: InventoryReporting To: Sr. Director of Regional OperationsCompensation: $25 - $30 per hourAbout The RoleAs an Inventory Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of LaserAway’s inventory processes. Acting as the primary liaison between clinics and the HQ Inventory team, you will oversee inventory best practices, resolve discrepancies, and provide essential support to maintain seamless operations across your assigned territory. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll DoAs a key contributor to LaserAway’s operational success, you will: Ensure clinics adhere to LaserAway’s inventory best practices and standard operating procedures. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, closing out discrepancy tickets efficiently. Track product deliveries, ensuring all purchased items are received and checked in at each clinic. Manage backend inventory transfers between locations to optimize stock availability. Serve as the first point of contact for inventory-related issue resolution within clinics. Maintain accurate invoice records from all vendors as shipments arrive. Identify and report missing or short-shipped items to the buying team.

Update and manage assigned medical inventory purchases in the inventory management system. Generate shipping labels for transfers and orders. Conduct weekly follow-ups with clinics to ensure outstanding dashboard items are addressed. Provide technical support for Coupa ordering issues. Assist in month-end inventory reconciliation and follow up on cycle counts. Offer additional support to the buying and planning team as needed. What You BringStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Familiarity with purchasing, inventory controls, and accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Experience with inventory management systems (familiarity with Coupa and NetSuite is a plus). Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on loss prevention and inventory control. Ability to follow written and verbal policies and directives while adapting to operational needs.
