LatAm - Senior Product Owner

Job DescriptionThe Senior Product Owner role will focus on leading client interactions with Product Managers and business stakeholders, understanding both client business requirements as well as end-user functional requirements, and may manage multiple product owners that have delivery targeted towards a single product or solution. In situations where a Senior Product Owner is supporting multiple delivery streams, that person has sole responsibility and ownership of the product in its entirety.ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilites Act as the primary liaison between the client and the delivery team, ensuringalignment with the client-defined product roadmap. Translate client requirements into clear, actionable user stories and tasks for thedevelopment team. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Conduct regular follow-ups with key stakeholders to gather missing information,clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with expectations. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that the team has a clear and up-to-date plan to follow at all times. Monitor progress against delivery milestones and proactively manage risks anddependencies. Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on delivery status andteam performance. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Technical Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on execution. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Healthcare industry knowledge desired.
