Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Yardi Systems software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial data. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices and maintaining accurate records. Manage and update vendor information, including W-9s and insurance documentation. Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances. Coordinate vendor billing, tenant billing, and collections with property managers. Bank Reconciliation: Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliations. Assist with various banking transactions. Financial Management & Reporting: Participate in monthly and year-end closings. Prepare, analyze, and book monthly financial and management reports with accuracy and timeliness. Real Estate Operations: Collaborate with property managers on CAM reconciliations and tenant receivables. Ensure compliance with various tax filings.
