About the RoleThis is a fully remote, LATAM-based opportunity for someone experienced in both accounting and HR processes.
You’ll play a critical role in supporting the financial and people operations of the company. If you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in U. S. -based back-office operations, this role is for you. ResponsibilitiesAccounting Support: Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and track payment statusesAssist with monthly and quarterly financial reports, reconciliations, and journal entriesTrack rent collections and expenses using property management software (e. g. , AppFolio or similar)Reconcile bank and credit card statementsSupport budgeting and forecasting processesHR & Payroll Support:
Administer payroll (bi-weekly or monthly) for internal and field teamsTrack hours, PTO, and time-off requestsMaintain accurate employee records and ensure complianceSupport onboarding/offboarding: offer letters, documentation, and system updatesAssist with benefits administration and employee questionsEnsure compliance with U. S. employment and payroll lawsIdeal Candidate:
