As Manager, CPSO Launch Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and timely launch of new commercial products in international markets. This position offers the opportunity to drive global coordination, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within an organization where innovation and collaboration define success. You will orchestrate cross-functional excellence in supply, regulatory, and manufacturing operations.This is an assignment for 12 months, 100% office based in Switzerland, starting in January 2026!Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end execution of all Ex-US product launches, ensuring on-time and compliant delivery.Partner cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply & Demand Planning, and Market Operations teams.Act as the primary interface between global manufacturing sites and local markets to align launch readiness.Develop and execute detailed launch readiness and contingency plans using established project management frameworks.Track progress, identify risks, escalate potential issues, and ensure timely resolution through proactive leadership.Contribute to global Manufacturing Launch and Supply Chain forums, supporting SKU strategies and labeling requirements.Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify best practices to drive continuous improvement in launch processes.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or commercial discipline (or equivalent experience).Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional, international projects.Strong understanding of manufacturing, regulatory, logistics, and GMP/GDP principles.Experience with artwork or labeling processes is an asset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies.Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).Who You AreA results-driven, collaborative professional who thrives in dynamic, international environments.
