Monday to Friday, 8–5 PST (fully remote)🛠️ What You’ll Be DoingImage and configure Windows 11 devices for seamless deployment Assist users with profile setup and reinstalling critical applications Perform in-place upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11 Provide Level 1 and 2 support for installation and configuration issues Log, track, and communicate recurring issues to the IT team for resolution ✅ What You Need to SucceedMust-haves2–4 years in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support roles Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and PC imaging processes Experience supporting end users and resolving hardware/software issues Advanced English (written and verbal) – daily communication with users and IT stakeholders Nice-to-havesFamiliarity with SCCM, Intune, or MDT Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Experience with OS upgrades at enterprise level 🧭 What to Expect from Our Hiring ProcessWe aim for a quick, friendly, and insightful selection experience:
