We have worked extensively across diverse sectors including Telecommunications, Banking & Finance, Information Technology, and Oil & Gas.Job SummaryOur client, a reputable hotel, is seeking a highly experienced and organized Laundry Manager to oversee daily laundry operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient cleaning, finishing, and management of all guest linens, uniforms, and hotel fabrics, maintaining top hygiene and service standards.Key Responsibilities• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations.• Ensure all linens, uniforms, and guest laundry items are properly cleaned, pressed, and stored.• Maintain hygiene and safety standards across the laundry unit.• Implement cost-effective laundry processes to minimize wastage.• Train, schedule, and supervise laundry staff for optimal productivity.• Monitor and maintain inventory of laundry supplies and chemicals.• Ensure timely handling and delivery of guest laundry.• Oversee preventive maintenance of laundry equipment.• Prepare reports on usage, costs, and departmental performance.• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.Qualifications & Experience• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.• 6–10 years of experience in laundry operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.• Strong knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and fabric care.• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.• Must live within or be willing to relocate to Lekki and its environs.• Confidentiality and professionalism are key requirements.Remuneration & Benefits• Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 (net, based on experience)• Benefits: HMO, Pension, Leave Allowance, Profit Sharing, Free Lunch• Growth opportunities within a collaborative work environmentApplication Deadline: Urgently RequiredLocation: Lekki Phase One,Lagos stateHow to Apply:Qualified candidates should send their CVs to info@culminateconsulting.com with “Laundry Manager” as the subject line.
