As a Training Specialist on the AOMS I&C team, you will assist with the development, coordination, and implementation of training programs within AOMS for site administration across multiple business segments.
You will be an experienced individual contributor with an understanding of training methodologies and the ability to execute independently and as a member of the team. You will report to the I&C Resource Manager and will be based out of our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct in role of I&C Resource Manager as requiredCreate training and materials as identified in the strategy and planAssist I&C Resource Manager with staffing as neededPerform in-field work for projects or related I&C workMaintain SAP I&C qualification databaseFacilitate training sessions and related workshopsCollaborate across business segments to optimize services and processes to support seasonal OutagesEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and communication methods and resources through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make recommendations about how to improve outcomes.
