Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Law Firm Administrator based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The individual will oversee and manage daily law firm operations, including staff coordination, resource allocation, and administrative processes. The role involves ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, developing and implementing office procedures, handling client relations, onboarding and offboarding of team members, training, managing day to day operations of the firm, opening closing firm files, maintaining CRM and supporting the legal team with document preparation and case management. The Administrator will also contribute to budgeting, financial management, and fostering a productive workplace environment.QualificationsExpertise managing the day to day operations of a law firmExperience handling HR, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, training Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), KPI'sHandling firm vendors, insurance, health insurance, 401 KStrong understanding of Law practices and administrative processesProficient organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsCreation of budgets and accounting reportsExperience in managing personnel, budgets, and office operationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field preferredFamiliarity with office management software and legal case management systems
