Qualifications Expertise in tort law and insolvency lawStrong skills in legal research, legal writing, and case managementProficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and court formsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to handle negotiations and settlements effectivelyAttention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team and establish strong client relationshipsLicensed to practice law and in good standing with the relevant bar associationExperience or familiarity with court proceedings
