We’re representing a New Zealand-based company in the natural health and nutrition sector that is entering a major growth phase. With revenue expected to rise significantly in the coming years, they are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operations and ensure the business scales effectively.

The OpportunityThis is a senior leadership role for someone who can balance strategic direction with a visible, hands-on approach in a flat organisational structure. You’ll take ownership of manufacturing, procurement, and logistics while building the systems and capability needed for growth. As a member of the leadership team, you’ll help set the course for the company’s future while delivering strong operational outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesLead all manufacturing operations across multiple plants. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure raw material supply. Oversee logistics from sourcing through to international distribution. Drive operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Mentor and develop the production leadership team. Contribute to strategic planning as part of the leadership team. What We’re Looking ForExperience leading operations across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics, ideally in food, beverage, or natural product sectors. Demonstrated ability to deliver growth and operational improvements. A leadership style that combines hands-on involvement with empowering others. Strength in navigating supply chains, compliance, and export logistics. Commitment to a long-term role, contributing to the company’s sustained success.
