We are looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer with expertise in the mining sector to provide strategic legal counsel and support across various aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mining law, strong litigation experiences with a focus on regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and corporate governance. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Provide expert legal advice and support on mining-related matters, including compliance, permitting, and licensing requirements.We want you to prepare joint venture agreements, take part in litigation processes and arrange supply contracts.Conduct legal research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging issues affecting the mining sector.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and executives, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and best practices to promote legal compliance and risk management.Qualifications:Turkish law degree (LL.B) from a leading university with a strong academic recordMinimum of 4 years of experience practicing law.Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and agreements.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal ethics and integrity
