DEVA, having R&D in focus, manufactures with international quality standards and currently exports products to other countries worldwide.DEVA is seeking for a Lawyer;Law degree from a reputable university,Admission to practice law in Türkiye and/or another relevant jurisdiction,Preferably holding certification as a patent and/or trademark attorney,Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in intellectual property law, both trademark and patent,Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus,Preferably, familiarity with EPO, USPTO, WIPO, EUIPO, and national IP offices,Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,JOB DESCRIPTIONPrepare, file, and manage national and international trademark applications and other IP related applicationsMonitor and track trademark portfolios, ensuring timely renewals and strategic alignmentDraft pleadings related to litigations and attend hearings related to trademark and patent disputes before the Turkish courtsReview, draft, and negotiate contracts related to IP rights, including licensing, co-existence, and confidentiality agreementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure compliance and risk mitigationProvide legal support on IP-related matters across departments, including enforcement and litigationTo coordinate and manage communications and workflows between the company and external trademark/patent attorneys and lawyers, both domestically and internationallyTo generate structured and trackable reports related to trademark filings and registrationsTo take part in international agreement negotiations, conduct and monitor discussions, and bring matters to resolutionBir çalışan adayı olarak, sizinle aramızdaki tüm iletişimde bilgilerinizi 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’na, yasal mevzuata ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu kararlarına uygun olarak işliyoruz.
