Discrimination cannot be tolerated.”We are looking for a 'Lawyer' for our İstanbul Head Office.Qualifications:LLB degree from a reputable university,Registered lawyer with preferably 1-3 years of experience,Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage,Strong knowledge of Turkish laws and regulations; familiarity with international practices is a plus,Preferably experienced in construction sector or commercial contracts,Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively,Quick adaptability to dynamic and flexible corporate culture,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines,No travel restrictions within Türkiye and abroad.Responsibilities:Effectively negotiate, review and draft a broad range of legal and commercial documents such as s NDA, MOU, PoA, JVA, SPA, EPC, consortium agreements, supply and sales agreements, service agreements, equipment rental agreements etc.,Provide legal support to project teams on contractual and regulatory matters,Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and deliver strategic legal advice on new legislative developments,Coordinate and manage external counsels and consultants,Assist in dispute resolution processes and prepare related reports for management,Offer solution-oriented legal advice to business units in a timely manner,Conduct legal research and guide internal departments proactively,Handle necessary legal correspondence and resolve conflicts with third parties.
