If you’re looking to join a growingcompany led by passionate people committed to being the best – contact ustoday!**Details**Rate: $70,000 - $75,000Location: Aurora, COHours: M-F 8 am to 5 pmThe Spirit Of The PositionThe Facility Manager oversees the operations of a location(s), under thedirection of the Director of Operations to ensure 24/7 professional parking &valet management. As a company devoted to promoting an employee-focusedservant leadership culture, the Project Manager will support the programs andinitiatives originating from our home office and help to support the individualneeds of their operational teams throughout their assigned location(s).

Principal Job Duties Lead, direct, and develop team of employees at parking location(s). Manage, plan, schedule, train and direct the activities of on-siteemployees. Responsible for completion of daily tasks at assigned location in theabsence of an assigned frontline employee(s) or on a regular basis to filla shift. Reinforce all company policies and SOPs (standard operatingprocedures), and ensure all staff are conducting themselves in aprofessional manner.

Responsible for payroll processing; ensuring sign off on hours in timelymanner; collaborate with the local payroll department to ensure paydata is completed properly; work with Human Resources BusinessPartner to ensure proper wage and hour compliance. Responsible for financial management of assigned locations ensuringadherence to budget and revenue enhancements. Responsible for ensuring uptime on all parking equipment, includinginspecting, repairing, and/or escalating equipment issues in a timelymanner. Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlinedwithin the contractual agreement between LAZ Parking and our clients. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual financial and operational reports asrequired.

Ensuring that increased revenue, managed expenses, and customersatisfaction are maximized by maintaining the highest level of servicethresholds and initiatives that are aligned with the expectations of ourvarious clients. Managing, planning, scheduling, training, and directing the activities ofemployees. Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives thatmay arise from the operation of assigned location(s). Resolve or escalate customer complaints as necessary. Organize and manage the oversight of event operations within LAZParking. Assist with the monitoring, review, and analysis of the market ratestructures. Implementation and completion of other projects, programs, andinitiatives that may arise from assigned location(s).

Additional related duties as assigned. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 1+ year in a management role. Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft OfficeApplications. Parking management experience is preferred but not required. Ability to be flexible in schedule in order to meet operationalneeds. This may require occasionally working outside of regularlyscheduled hours. Skills Ability to seek improvement and create an environment of idea sharingand creative problem solving. Strong customer service skills and abilities. Ability to be approachable and facilitate coaching conversations withemployees and managers.

Ability to mitigate and lead others to overcome challenges (Never EverGive Up Attitude). Ability to encourage open expression of ideas and opinions. Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and multi-task. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels ofthe organization. Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard businesspractices. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Physical Demands Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
