Job Description

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Southeast Asia and China. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Build and maintain potential candidates networks through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize data and analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, with strong English communication skills.

At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for overseas recruitment experience, especially in Southeast Asia. Ability to manage overall recruitment processes, with strong talent identification and assessment capabilities. Experience working in international work environments, proven ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with overseas teams. Intelligent and resilient, with a constant drive to challenge oneself and pursue innovation.
