At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for overseas recruitment experience, especially in Southeast Asia. Ability to manage overall recruitment processes, with strong talent identification and assessment capabilities. Experience working in international work environments, proven ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with overseas teams. Intelligent and resilient, with a constant drive to challenge oneself and pursue innovation.
