Duties & Responsibilities Receive, qualify, evaluate, and respond to inbound private aircraft requests via phone and email. Contact aircraft operators for quotations on aircraft that will best fit the client’s specific request, preferences and desired itinerary. Vet the aircraft operator option to ensure the aircraft, crew and operator meet or exceed Le Bas and client's business.
Produce a precise and well written contract, take payment via credit card, and book the best aircraft option. Communicate with the client on additional trip details such as ground transportation, catering and special needs. Track and manage the active flight and ensure a smooth travel experience. Assist the operator with trip oversight, pass communications from the client to the operator, and defend the client’s best interests. Collect Invoices to close the trip and send them to finance department. Provide customer care and retention. Receive, update and handover a daily team focus list throughout your shift.
Continuously log your verbal and written communications with clients, vendors, and team using company software. Requirements & ExperienceAviation industry experience is preferred. Proficient computer skills required. Customer care / customer serviceGeneral knowledge of geography, and corporate aircraft types and performance.
