Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute weekly and monthly content calendars for livestream programming. Identify content opportunities, trends, and audience insights to inform planning decisions. Create end-to-end content concepts and show frameworks for various livestream formats (entertainment, commerce, educational, creator-led, etc.). Programming & ExecutionOversee the planning and rollout of key live campaigns, peak seasons, and thematic events. Coordinate with Creators, KOLs, Partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality and on-brand livestream content. Ensure all content elements (scripts, run-downs, creative assets, talking points) are prepared ahead of each show. Performance OptimizationMonitor livestream performance metrics (CTR, retention, watch time, GMV, conversion). Run content reviews and post-mortems to identify improvement points. Propose content optimization strategies such as improvements in storytelling, pacing, anchors, creator selection, and formats. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Creator Management, Live Stream, and Ops Teams to align on content direction and resources. Collaborate with the Commercial team to align content with category priorities and sales targets. Ensure seamless operational execution across teams for all live shows.
