Lead - Payroll&Compliance

This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate payroll execution, legal compliance, and employee support across our production environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate payroll processes and vendor collaboration.Validate payroll inputs and reconcile provider reports.Manage working time and absence data for payroll.Prepare employment documentation (contracts, annexes).Provide on-site employee services and support.Ensure compliance with labour law, tax, social insurance, and pension regulations.Advise People Business Partners and leaders on labour code matters.Administer benefits and participate in audits and P&C projects.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of payroll calculation (gross to net).Experience managing working time and absences in a shift-based system.Solid understanding of Slovak labour law, social insurance, and taxation.Communicative English (B1+).Proactive, resilient, and employee-focused mindset.Nice to Have:Experience in a production company with a blue-collar workforce.Familiarity with AX/D365 systems.If you are a dedicated professional with a can-do attitude and a passion for compliance and employee care, we invite you to apply and grow with us at Nissens Cooling Solutions.
