EmphasisKeyLead our Swedish Sales Team consisting of both business developers and account executivesAchieve predetermined budgetGenerate ARR/customer growthDevelopmentScale your business together with the team in a sustainable wayProtect/breath the team-and company culture (cfr. the way we do things)Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and surpass their goals and reach an overall high level of performance (raising the bar)ResponsibilitiesMarket LeadershipGrow the market footprintEnsure that each local customer becomes an ambassador and generates opportunities using all available resources;Actively contribute to the implementation/adjustment of the regional strategy and execute it at fast pace using a mix of sales and marketing levers;Work closely with other teams to deliver market insights, help identify and address business/product priorities and enable BrightAnalytics to stay ahead of the market;Maintain gameplans, playbooks and other content to make winning strategies scalable.Revenue generationReach regional team budgetMake sure revenue team members reach their ARR targetsForecast revenue and potential business growth in the region;Responsible for regional pipeline (fuel + follow up)Put sufficient emphasis on the importance of pipeline management (lead by example)Lead generationMake sure our Business Development Team generates enough leads via combined business-marketing development actions to fuel our sales pipe;Monitor lead quality and manage our lead pipelineMaintain- and expand our partner networkDetect new market opportunitiesPeopleRecruitmentHire, train, lead and retain a top-performing teamOnboardingManage/ support the onboarding process in line with the onboarding planCoaching/trainingAct as a coach to ensure that our global processes and best practices are being adopted in an efficient wayProtect/breath the team-and company culture (cfr. the way we do things)Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and surpass their goals and reach an overall high level of performance (raising the bar)Approach: shadow sessions, roleplays, call/ meeting analysis, recap sessions, pop up quizzesTest/monitor knowledge on a permanent basisExpand knowledge when neededWhat is your added value?A Master’s Degree in business and/or economicsYou have a successful track record of minimum 5 years in a business/sales context or experience in a financial position with the desire to make the switch to an entrepreneurial sales/business challengeFluency in Swedish is essential due to the platform’s complexity, and fluency in English is a must in our international environmentBeing familiar with the local (business) culture is an assetYou have excellent organizational and communication skillsYou have the ability to inspire people and let them be the best version of themselvesYou’re an entrepreneurial-minded top performer with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and overachieve regional targetsYou are resilient and you like challenges.
