You will be at the heart of the company's financial strategy and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial processes.Your missionsEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Guarantee the reliability of accounts and compliance with International and Local accounting standards. Supervise all accounting operations within scope, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions. Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports to support strategic decision-making. Ensure unqualified financial statement validation by external auditors. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on automation and efficiency across accounting operations. Serve as a technical leader, mentoring and developing team members to enhance their accounting and analytical skills. Actively contribute to ERP migration projects and the ongoing improvement of financial information systems. Provide in-depth financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management. Mitigate financial and operational risks through the design and enforcement of robust internal controls. Accurately calculate and record monthly and year-end corporate tax provisions. Apply strong knowledge of both French and Tunisian accounting standards in day-to-day operations and reporting. Your profileAmbitious and results-oriented professional. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field (e.g., audit), preferably within a multinational company. Solid knowledge and experience in French and Tunisian accounting standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with international teams. Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken. Advanced skills in Excel and financial management tools. Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity. Mantu is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
