Role Overview :The Admissions Lead (Sales) will be responsible for recruiting Arabic-speaking students across the UAE. The role combines consultative sales, relationship management, and student advisory responsibilities to drive enrolments and achieve admission targets.The ideal candidate will have strong sales capabilities, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and a passion for guiding students through their higher education journey.Key Responsibilities :1. Student Recruitment & Sales•Achieve assigned enrolment targets for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.•Counsel prospective Arabic-speaking students and parents on programme offerings, career pathways, and admission requirements.•Convert enquiries into applications and enrolments through structured follow-ups.•Maintain strong lead-to-enrolment conversion ratios.2. Lead Management•Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.•Maintain accurate CRM records of all student interactions.•Track and report weekly/monthly sales performance metrics.•Ensure timely follow-up and nurturing of prospective applicants.3. Relationship Building•Build relationships with:oArabic schools and high schools across UAEoEducation consultants and agentsoCommunity organizations and corporate networks•Represent the institution at school visits, career fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.4. Application & Admissions Support•Guide students through:oApplication submissionoDocument collectionoVisa guidance (if applicable)oFee payment processes•Coordinate with the admissions processing team to ensure smooth onboarding.5. Market Intelligence•Monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies.•Provide feedback on market trends within the Arabic student segment.•Support localized marketing campaigns targeting Arabic communities in UAE.Qualifications & Experience Essential :•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.•5 to 7 years of experience in admissions, education sales, or consultative sales.•Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).•Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Desirable•Experience in UAE higher education sector.•Existing network within Arabic schools in UAE.•Knowledge of UAE education regulations and student visa processes.Core Competencies :•Target-driven and results-oriented mindset•Strong interpersonal and communication skills•Customer-centric approach•CRM proficiency
