This role requires a strong background in product management, project management, or the virtual currency industry, with a focus on leveraging blockchain technology to address AML challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product development, excellent technical and analytical skills, and a passion for innovation and compliance.Key Responsibilities:AML Innovation:Apply innovative thinking to propose and implement novel solutions to enhance AML capabilities using blockchain technology and other emerging tools.Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to AML compliance to incorporate into product strategy.Product Development and Management:Define product requirements based on market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback.Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.Collaborate closely with Compliance & AML teams to drive product success.Technical Expertise:Understand the software development process and work closely with development teams to ensure product feasibility and quality.Basic programming knowledge is a plus, enabling effective communication with technical teams and stakeholders.Data Analysis and Optimization:Utilize data analysis tools to gather insights, optimize product performance, and drive continuous improvement.Make data-driven decisions to enhance product features and functionalities based on performance metrics and user feedback.User Experience and Prototyping:Focus on user experience design, collaborating with UX/UI designers to iterate products based on user feedback and usability testing.Use prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc., to visualize and refine product concepts and features.Communication Skills:Communicate product requirements, progress, and updates clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations to support product decisions and initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS) preferred;At least 3 years of relevant work experience in product management, project management, or the virtual currency industry;Experience with virtual currency exchanges, payment platforms, or fintech companies is a plus;Hands-on experience in product development and management, including a track record of successful product launches；Proficiency in product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc；Familiarity with product prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and data analysis tools；Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of software development processes; basic programming skills are advantageous；Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights；Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on schedule；Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively.Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
