Lead Analytics Engineer

What You’ll DoCollaborate cross-functionally to ask the right questions, uncover insights, and drive strategic decisions. Design, build, and maintain robust data infrastructure and pipelines to support analytics and product use cases. Translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions using modern data tools. Guide best practices in data modeling, transformation, and visualization. Own and evolve our analytics platform, including our use of Looker, DBT, and Snowflake. What We’re Looking For5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or data engineering roles. Deep curiosity about business performance, with a demonstrated ability to ask high-impact questions. Strong proficiency in SQL, DBT, and Snowflake. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong quality mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when translating data for non-technical stakeholders.
