Each year, close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicines.Your roleYou will own and evolve key commercial platforms that power how we engage with customers and patients and help coordinate and lead a small, high-impact developers team, shaping roadmaps, guiding delivery, and ensuring smooth, secure operations across our marketing technology and digital experience stack. Shape integration patterns and data flows across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and DXP (APIs, iPaaS/ETL, identity, consent, and privacy).Key Responsibilities Maintain lifecycle roadmaps for Commercial applications, ensuring availability, compliance with security and regulatory standards, and effective risk management. Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or process improvement to meet compliance standards and enhance efficiency and with business stakeholders, IT partners, and platform architects to define strategic visions, roadmaps, and business processes for marketing applications. Balance competing constraints such as scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks to meet stakeholder needs effectively. Orchestrate vendors and managed service providers; manage SLAs, budgets, and performance to drive value. Drive continuous improvement, optimize architectures and processes, reduce tech debt, and elevate security, performance, and user experience. Oversee releases, environments, and change management; champion observability, incident response, and service continuity. Foster a strong technical culture focused on excellence, security, and seamless user experiences across business systemsYour QualificationsTo succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering or equivalent, with certifications in relevant areas (e.g., ITIL, GAMP). Strong application management, platform ownership, or technical leadership-ideally in CRM/MarTech/DXP environments and at least one major CRM or marketing automation platform; Salesforce (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud) is highly valued. Exposure to digital experience platforms (e.g., Sitecore) and modern web architectures Experiance leading small projects/teams in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), managing backlogs, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to review and produce clear documentation (requirements, release notes, runbooks, validation/release artifacts). Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills; outcome-focused and proactive. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud will be a strong plus.
