Arch. / B.Arch. degree from BUET/ KUET/RUET/CUET/BRAC/NSU or other renown university.Skills Required: interpersonal and leadership skill, Communication and Negotiation SkillExperience Requirements10 to 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Architecture Firm,Real Estate,Group of Companies,DeveloperAdditional RequirementsThe applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Specialized in design of Commercial Building / Shopping MallThe applicants should have experience in Residential High rise building design will be treated as an added advantage.Updated knowledge about the latest building material items from home and abroad.Updated knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code, RAJUK Imarat Nirman Bidhimala & different national and international standards of related field.Knowledge and practical experience of Interior design and Landscape architecture design will be treated as an added quality.Full Membership from IAB and RAJUK Nibondhon is a must.Job LocationDhaka
