About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Pricing & Commercial Domain. This role combines analytical expertise with product management experience, supporting business decisions and driving innovation in a collaborative, agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.Work closely with Product Managers to define and refine product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Provide data-driven insights to support brand positioning, pricing strategies, and market trend analysis.Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.Support the prioritization of initiatives based on business impact and value.Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Pricing & Commercial Domain.Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Profile & SkillsProven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within pricing, commercial, or product-related domains.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable insights and solutions.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
