They work with a variety of industry, government and community groups, allowing its researchers to share their discoveries with the world.About the role:A highly experienced and adaptable Business Analyst with 7–10 years of proven success in the banking sector, specializing in payment systems and digital transformation. Recognized for quickly mastering new domains, navigating ambiguity, and driving clarity in complex, fast-paced environments. Brings a strong understanding of higher education payment systems and is well-versed in designing and implementing new payment solutions that align with compliance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.Leads end-to-end BA activities: requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis.Skills Required:Deep knowledge of student payment systems (e.g., NPP, SWIFT, BPAY, Direct Debit, card payments) or other payment solutions.
