Their mission is to enhance market efficiency and support the adoption of digital assets through cutting-edge trading infrastructure and quantitative strategies.About the roleWe are looking for motivated self-sufficient go-getters who are be looking to prove themselves before anything else. In this role, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Europe to lead the company’s regional operations from its Amsterdam office. This is a front-facing leadership position with strong business development responsibilities, reporting directly to the global founders. The successful candidate has deep knowledge and network in the European crypto space, and will represent the firm externally with regulators, exchanges, and institutional partners, while driving revenue growth and ensuring compliance with relevant Dutch and EU financial regulations.Key responsibilitiesLead business development and client acquisition across the European region.Represent the company in meetings with regulators, exchanges, and institutional clients.Drive commercial strategy and P&L performance for the European business unit.Act as the formal regulatory director (AFM), ensuring compliance with Dutch financial regulations.Build and lead local teams, collaborating closely with global leadership and trading desks.Identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships within the crypto ecosystem.RequirementsProven leadership experience in digital assets, trading, or financial markets (CEO, MD, Head of Region, or similar).Strong business development and sales background, with a track record of driving commercial growth.Experience dealing with financial regulators; familiarity with the Dutch AFM is a strong advantage.Solid understanding of market structure, liquidity provision, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Fluent in English and Dutch (additional European languages a plus).Must be based in Amsterdam at the time of application.No visa sponsorship available; candidates under non-compete restrictions cannot be considered.Why joinStrategic leadership role in one of the fastest-growing sectors of finance.Opportunity to shape the European operations of a globally active market maker.Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus structure.Collaborative, high-performance culture with flat hierarchy and entrepreneurial freedom.To apply:Submit your CV or reach out confidentially to QuantFlow for more information.
