You inspire trust, drive alignment, and deliver results that make a lasting impact.What You BringDegree in Computer Science, Software Development or related field. Business management background preferred. 10+ years of product development experience across the full lifecycle, including 5+ years in IoT, edge, or embedded systemsDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing technical teams in a global, cross-functional environmentSolid understanding of technology landscape and trends in Industrial IoT, edge computing, connectivity (cellular/4G/5G), and communication and alarmingUnderstanding of Product Cyber Security concepts and secure development life cycle practices, with familiarity in standards such as IEC 62443.Proven success defining development strategies, building roadmaps, and managing complex dependenciesStrong background in Agile methods and modern software engineering practicesFluent in English, German is a plusWhy Schindler?
