Tō tūranga hou | Your new role This is a chance to help shape how Generative AI is used across complex large-scale environments. As a Lead Consultant in the newly formed AI team, you'll be hands-on with solution design and delivery, working across several spaces, including audio and visual. You'll collaborate with a sharp, cross-functional team, engage directly with clients, and help define the consultancy's AI strategy. This role is about building real-world solutions that are secure, scalable, and genuinely useful. Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (C# is a bonus).Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub, and telemetry-driven optimisation.Understanding of enterprise Copilot adoption and multimodal AI.Ability to balance performance and cost through fine-tuning and telemetry.Agile mindset, clear communicator, and a drive to deliver customer value.Passion for responsible AI development, including prompt injection prevention, PII protection, and token hygiene.
