We expect you to:Close your first deals by month 2 with your warm portfolioMaster the Nobel approach and relationship-driven methodologyBuild foundation relationships with PE/VC-backed scale-upsNavigate stakeholder management at C-suite levelWe won't hold you to full quarterly targets in Q1, this is about getting up to speed with how we work.From Q2 onwards (Full accountability):Consistently deliver €70k quarterly billingsIncrease average deal size across your portfolioDevelop your own client pipeline alongside allocated accountsTrain junior team members on your proven methodologiesPosition yourself as the go-to expert for senior sales hiring in German SaaSThis role takes senior placements off the founders' plates so they can focus on scaling.You'll make the machine work more efficiently whilst building something significant under your own name.How you'll develop hereDedicated mentorship from partners who've scaled similar practicesDeep market exposure across high-growth SaaS companies at various funding stages.
