About LingoCultureLingoCulture is redefining language learning through unlimited private French classes blended with real cultural immersion — from wine and food to literature and dating culture. We also partner with universities, Erasmus programs, and NGOs to help learners experience the full diversity of Francophone cultures.We're a small, fast-growing team, and we're looking for a creative marketing mind who can help us tell our story, with words, visuals, humor, and strategy.About The RoleYou'll own all copywriting and light creative execution across ads, social, landing pages, and email.You'll work directly with our CEO plus collaborate with designers, video creators, and ad specialists. As the company grows, you'll help define our brand voice and creative strategy, eventually leading a small marketing team.What You'll DoCopy & Creative ExecutionWrite clear, compelling copy for ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), landing pages, and social mediaBuild and update pages on WordPress (headlines, layout tweaks, CTAs, blog articles)Create light visuals (thumbnails, mockups, simple graphics) when neededMaintain consistent tone and branding across all channelsEmail & CRMWrite and schedule weekly newsletters, onboarding, and retention sequences in ActiveCampaignSegment audiences and improve deliverability & engagement over timeContent & SEOResearch and write short SEO articles about French culture and language learningUpdate meta tags, internal linking, and keyword optimizationTrack performance through Google Analytics and Search ConsoleCollaboration & StrategyWork with the CEO on messaging and creative directionBrainstorm campaigns around cultural themes (wine, food, literature, dating, etc.)Coordinate with the ad specialist and designer to bring campaigns to lifeRequirements4-6+ years of experience in marketing or growth marketing and copywritingExcellent writing and storytelling skills with proper marketing understanding; your words convert and inspireInterest in languages and culture.
