Our overarching goal is to improve customer value – one of the key levers being the strategic management and reduction of cost. We collaborate closely with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across projects. We are now seeking our new Cost Management Specialist to join our team. This role is central to shaping cost governance and ensuring consistency across regions.ResponsibilitiesAs Lead Cost Specialist, you will be part of a global function focused on strategic alignment and direction for cost management in offshore wind.Your responsibilities will includeOrganizing the quarterly cost release process and coordinating updates across reference sitesAligning scope, schedule, and cost changes with regional teamsManaging stakeholder relationships across regions and functions to ensure clarity and alignmentSupporting the implementation of a global SAC cost model and contributing to process standardizationProviding strategic insights and recommendations based on cost data to support bid strategiesManaging global cost governanceAs part of our transformation journey, we are transitioning from Excel-based cost models to a unified global SAP SAC platform. The role requires the ability to work on-site on a weekly basis.
