Job DescriptionAs a Lead Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful fulfillment of all requests regarding order processing and purchasing activities within the department, while adhering to standard procedures and checks to provide an excellent customer experience.You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you’ll work out of our Korea location on a Hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction by proactively engaging in projects and process transitions, ensuring timely accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all orders, contracts, and projects in Honeywell systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProactive engagement in projects and process transitions within the department.Successful, timely accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all orders, contracts, and projects in the Honeywell systems.Responsible for updating customer accounts: submitting requests in SAP for customer creation, extension, and amendment.Benefits Of Working For HoneywellBenefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, Mental HealthPaid Vacation401k Plan/Retirement Benefits (as per regional policy)Career GrowthProfessional DevelopmentYOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree Business fluent in written and spoken English (plus additional European languages based on market destination) 4+ years Customer Support and/or equivalent in supply chain / order management / order to cash related experience Strong knowledge/experience with CRM/ERP system business processes High level of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) WE VALUE Process documentation skills Six sigma knowledge is a plus Specialist user level for SAP, SFDC, InContact and/or other CRM/ERP tools Experience with Customer tools/portals perceived as a plus Incoterms & special Trade and Compliance knowledge including applicability and exceptions is a plus Financial understanding of the OTC process is a plus High level of customer orientation Excellent written and spoken communication skills (phone, mail, email) Ability to build relationships and networks in a virtual team environment Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and follow-through Flexible individual with a high level of intercultural sensitivity, able to adapt to a quickly changing environment and drive continuous improvement Demonstrated solution-oriented, pro-active “can do” attitude, Willingness and ability to work under own initiative Self-motivated with assertive communication skills, positive and result oriented attitude Well organized with good time management, result oriented About HoneywellHoneywell International Inc.
