Job Description

The Deal Acceleration Specialist Lead (DAS Lead) is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of Deal Acceleration Specialists (DAS) to support the client’s strategic objective of accelerating the closure of qualified cloud solution opportunities.Working with Denave for a Global Cloud Solution Provider, the DAS Lead ensures all opportunities generated by the Denave tele team are transitioned seamlessly to the most suitable partners and are overseen until closure. The DAS Lead is accountable for pipeline health, opportunity progression, and ensuring a consistent and positive customer and partner experience.This role is focused exclusively on opportunity acceleration and closure enablement—it does not include direct customer or partner sales engagements, partner enablement, or technical support functions. Instead, the role emphasizes operational leadership, governance, and oversight, ensuring alignment with client standards and performance expectations.Key Responsibilities:Pipeline ManagementOwn and manage qualified opportunities post-handoff from the tele-engine until closure.Ensure timely progression of deals across all sales stages.Track and report on pipeline metrics such as coverage, attainment, and deal status.Partner CoordinationMatch customer opportunities with the most appropriate partners.Support partners with incentives, program offerings, and deal acceleration tools.Collaborate with Partner Sales Specialists (PSS) and other stakeholders to drive deal momentum.Proactively resolve partner escalations.Review and qualify inbound partner referrals and ensure accurate CRM logging.Program UtilizationExtend client and partner-led programs and offers to customers.Ensure proper nomination and eligibility of opportunities for various programs.Optimize program usage to maximize deal impact.Reporting & ForecastingMaintain pipeline hygiene by regularly updating opportunity records.Ensure data accuracy across geographies and sales motions.Engage with partners on Co-Sell referrals and track deal progression.Validate committed deals and ensure alignment with regional forecasts.Participate in Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and leadership syncs.Team LeadershipLead and mentor a team of Deal Acceleration Specialists.Provide operational guidance and performance governance.Drive team alignment with KPIs and client expectations.Skills & Qualifications:Strong understanding of cloud partner ecosystems and sales motions.Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on pipeline tracking and reporting.Experience in cloud and AI platform deals is a strong plus.CertificationsRequired:Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM; MB-910)Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)Suggested:Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP; MB-920)Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
