Lead Designer – Leather Bags & AccessoriesLocation: On-site, LeatherDot BangladeshWorking Days: 6 days a week (Sunday–Friday)Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMSalary: Based on experience⸻About the Role:We are looking for a Lead Designer who is passionate about creating timeless, premium-quality leather bags and accessories. The ideal candidate should have strong creative instincts, a deep understanding of materials and craftsmanship, and the ability to turn design ideas into production-ready products that represent the LeatherDot brand.⸻Key Responsibilities: • Research global and local fashion trends, colors, and emerging design inspirations. • Create new bag and accessory designs, as well as refresh existing product lines. • Prepare detailed 3D models, mockups, and physical prototypes. • Develop complete tech packs, including material details, measurements, and hardware specifications. • Work closely with the production team to ensure samples meet design vision and final production standards. • Ensure consistency in brand identity, functionality, and aesthetics across all product categories. • Provide creative direction for seasonal collections and new product launches.⸻Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field. • Proven experience in leather bag and accessory design. • Strong understanding of materials, patterns, and leather craftsmanship. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D. • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.⸻Why Join LeatherDot Bangladesh: • Opportunity to lead design direction for a fast-growing premium leather brand. • Work in a creative, hands-on environment with real impact on product innovation. • Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
