We’re also big believers in flexibility, trust, and continuous learning — because we know the best work happens when people are supported to thrive.The OpportunityAs a Lead Developer at Protecht Group, you will be hands on and actively contributing to develop and support new and existing functionalities for our SaaS solution, the Enterprise Risk Management (Protecht.ERM) system, while leading a team, setting goals, mentoring, and ensuring successful project delivery.In this key role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and team leadership, ensuring high-quality software development while fostering a collaborative and high performing team culture.What You’ll DoLead and inspire an agile engineering team, driving the development, testing, and maintenance of our ERM platformChampion technical excellence through code and architecture reviews, promoting best practices across the teamCollaborate closely with stakeholders to define and deliver the technical roadmapTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, providing hands-on coding support when neededDrive the adoption of modern tools, technologies, and development practices to continuously improve team performanceMentor and coach team members, fostering growth in both technical skills and agile deliveryManage workload distribution and resolve team roadblocks. Set clear performance goals, and development plans to help your team reach their full potentialWhat You’ll BringDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field5+ years’ experience building commercial SaaS products using Java, Spring Framework, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL (or similar databases)Minimum 2+ years’ leadership experience managing agile software teams and delivering complex projectsProven expertise in system design, architecture, microservices development, and hands-on codingStrong experience with AWS services, REST API development, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practicesSkilled in client-facing solution delivery and developing integration solutions for enterprise systemsProficient with Git (Bitbucket preferred), and familiar with monitoring tools such as Splunk or DynatraceExperience designing or integrating AI-driven features using Spring AI, AWS Bedrock, or LLMs (desirable)Why You’ll Love It HereWe’re proud to have built a culture that people genuinely love being part of.
