Role DescriptionExtensive background in major utility HV substations and transmission projects under TAQA (Abu Dhabi National Energy Company) and TRANSCO (Abu Dhabi Transmission & Despatch Company), demonstrating strong technical expertise, strict adherence to utility standards, and proven capability in project execution and stakeholder coordination.Must have participated in more than four projects involving high-voltage TAQA and TRANSCO ESF substations, with thorough familiarity with TAQA/TRANSCO standards and practices.Should possess over 15 years of professional experience and currently be based in the UAE.QualificationsProven expertise in HV substation and transmission projects under TAQA and TRANSCO.In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power networks, and grid operations.Strong understanding of utility standards, design principles, and execution practices.Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the electrical utility sector.Currently based in the UAE with strong project coordination and execution capabilities.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in large-scale substation projects.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to quality and safety.
