Join us in shaping the future of crypto iGaming.Purpose of the RoleWe’re looking for a dedicated Frontend Engineer to lead the development and craft engaging, high-performance, mobile-first web experiences for our next-generation iGaming product. You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, software engineers and other stakeholders to bring user-centric designs to life, delivering high-performance, friction-less experiences across mobile and desktop.Role And ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Guide frontend technical architecture decisions, providing a strong point of view on technology choicesFeature Development: Build and maintain player-facing features using TypeScript, React, and Storybook. UX Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into polished, responsive interfaces. Review and provide feedback on designs with an eye for technical feasibility and implementation effort. Performance & Optimization: Implement best practices for responsive design, page load speed, and overall frontend performance. Quality Assurance: Write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, and maintain robust testing strategies. Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with backend, product, and QA teams to align on feature requirements, timelines, and best practices. Required ExperienceWork Experience and Skills10+ years of hands-on frontend development, building mobile-first, customer-facing progressive web applications (PWA). Experienced in assigning tasks and supervising the work of other engineers. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, frameworks like Next.js or React Router, and component libraries like Storybook. Experienced in leading technical design discussions and evaluating possible solutions to influence decision-making. Skilled at designing and communicating strong technical solutions, while navigating business priorities and trade-offs effectively. Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with online gaming interfaces, mechanics, or industry-specific constraints. Personal Qualities and Behavioral TraitsSelf-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
