Join us and be at the forefront of driving substantial change with cutting-edge technology solutions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the DevOps Finance P2P team to oversee the maintenance and operations of multiple systemsLead the transition from an older tech stack (Oracle 12 Forms) to state-of-the-art software productsBridge the gap between data and users using web servicesManage the upkeep of existing legacy systems alongside other developersPerform deep dives to understand and resolve complexities within systemsEnsure a smooth transition of applications critical to daily employee functionsOversee backend and frontend developments ensuring seamless integration and functionalityEmbrace and adapt to evolving technological environments in project executionsMaintain accountability for project deliverables and timelinesRequirementsProficiency in Kotlin and React, with at least 4 years of experienceProficiency in JavaBackground in both frontend and backend development frameworksProven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineersKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and capability to create deployment scripts (GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.)Entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility to adapt processesUnderstanding of web services and messaging within software developmentFluent English communication skills at a B2+ levelNice to haveFamiliarity with Azure or other cloud providersExperience in the Retail Tech fieldWe offerWe believe that the greatest strength of the company is its people.
