Lead Gen Specialist

Job Descriptions:Leads verification and qualification by Calls (minimum of 35-40 per day)Leads appointment meeting/eMeeting arrangement (minimum of 2 leads per week)Weekly leads progression report with Marketing Lead, Sales Manager & Sales HeadEvent invitesGenerating new leads using other channels aside from the old database. Targets discussed & agreed upon by the employee and direct supervisorCommunicating with the customers via cold calling and email marketingExplaining the products and services to the customers/leadsWriting scripts with all information required to understand the productsPreparing the leads reports for future reference in collaboration with Lead Gen Specialist and SalesMaintaining records of customer/potential leads contactUtilize identified new lead channels and track the quantity and quality of leads generatedAssist other marketing staff for their initiatives and or event upon requestAssist on campaigns in the content needed for any demand generation and lead generation campaignsParticipate and/or assist in company function and programsRespect and ensures all assets of the company are in good working conditionMaintains cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the working environmentJob Requirements:Working experience as a Telemarketing/Telesales or similar positionStrong knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship ManagementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of sales and marketing principlesExcellent convincing and negotiation skillsExcellent knowledge of consumer's rights and responsibilitiesAnalytical approach to dataFluent to communicate in EnglishCalm and patient individuals Send your latest resume to hrd.id@itgroupinc.asiaSubject: Applicant Name - Position
