This is a remote position based in Ireland, working US East Coast hours. They help businesses succeed in digital-first markets, with expertise spanning artificial intelligence, cloud, data, and enterprise applications.Location: Fully Remote in Ireland Hours: US Eastern Coast Hours PermanentFull Time PositionThe Role Build and lead a team of lead generation specialists to achieve meeting and pipeline targets Drive outbound prospecting campaigns across LinkedIn, cold calling, and multi-channel outreach Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for key US accounts Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and opportunity conversionTrack KPIs, deliver reporting, and optimize performanceCoach and mentor team members to hit stretch goals and develop their careers Own and refine outreach playbooks, scripts, and messaging for US buyersWhat we’re looking for6–10 years’ experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or inside salesAt least 3 years in a leadership role managing high-performing teamsProven track record in building and scaling outbound sales development functionsStrong knowledge of outbound sales, ABM, and IT services pipeline dynamicsSkilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and sales databasesData-driven, KPI-focused approach with strong leadership and coaching ability**Sponsorship is not provided from this client unfortunately****Only candidates based in Ireland will be considered**Please reach out to sean.whelan@gempool.ie or apply via LinkedIn or the GemPool Website.
