Lead Generation Executive

- Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – US Telecom Campaign- Location: Karachi- Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist for our US Telecom campaign. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the telecom industry and a strong understanding of B2B and B2C lead generation strategies. This role requires expertise in identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:- Generate qualified leads for B2B (Business Customers) and B2C (Residential Customers) within the US telecom market.- Conduct market research to identify potential prospects through various online platforms and databases.- Maintain accurate and updated records of prospects and follow-ups.- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and campaign requirements.Requirements:- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US Telecom lead generation or relevant field.- Proven experience in B2B and B2C lead sourcing.- Strong understanding of US telecom providers and market trends.- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other lead generation tools.- Excellent communication and research skills.- Ability to work in night shifts (US timings).- Target-oriented with strong organizational skills
