OverviewWe’re hiring a Lead Generation Manager to own multi-location demand across paid and offline channels. You’ll run Google Ads, Google Local Services, and Meta Ads; architect tracking with GTM + GA4, CAPI/Enhanced Conversions; and automate lead flows via Zapier/webhooks into the CRM. The role blends creative testing with rigorous analytics, geo-targeted campaign structure, and clear CPL/CPA/ROAS reporting. You’ll also drive offline marketing (local partnerships, events, print/call initiatives) and deploy AI-driven optimization (ad copy, bidding insights, audience expansion) to scale qualified leads efficiently.FULL TIME APPLICANTS ONLY (NO SECOND JOB OR FREELANCING ALLOWED) $2,500 MONTHLY SALARY, MUST SPEAK ENGLISHKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Google Local Services Ads (GLSA), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)Implement, configure, and maintain tracking infrastructure using: Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI)Develop strategies that leverage AI-driven optimization tools (including ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms) for ad copy, keyword strategy, and funnel efficiency.Manage API connections and automations via Zapier (or similar tools) to streamline lead flows, track conversions, and sync marketing data across CRM and analytics platforms.Troubleshoot tag firing, data discrepancies, and conversion tracking issues across all ad accounts.Build and manage remarketing audiences and custom event tracking to optimize campaign performance.Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid optimization to achieve performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CTR).Produce detailed weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations.Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.Stay current on platform updates, data privacy regulations, and emerging tools that impact ad tracking and automation.Offline & Strategic InitiativesIdentify and manage local partnerships (businesses, parent groups, community centers) to drive awareness and referrals.Support directors and regional managers with marketing materials, events, and school-level campaigns.Analyze enrollment trends and propose actionable strategies to boost conversion rates from inquiry to tour to enrollment.Leadership & ReportingBuild and maintain a robust reporting system for tracking ad spend, lead performance, and ROI.Work closely with ownership and operations to align marketing priorities with school capacity and business objectives.Serve as a thought partner, proposing new initiatives and continuously improving the lead generation process.Qualifications10+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns.Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Local Services Ads.Strong technical background with Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and conversion pixel setup.Proven ability to build and manage API and data integrations using Zapier, webhooks, or similar tools.Experience configuring Meta Conversion API (CAPI) and Google Ads API integrations.Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and data automation workflows.Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications preferred.AI ranking experienceOffline marketing interestExcellent analytical and reporting skills, with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.Preferred Tools & PlatformsGoogle Ads / GLSAMeta Ads ManagerGoogle Tag Manager (GTM)Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Zapier / Make (Integromat) / API WebhooksLooker Studio (Data Studio)HubSpot or similar CRMSEMrush / SpyFu / AhrefsKey TraitsDeep technical understanding of ad tracking and data integrations.Analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimization.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Highly proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced marketing environment
