Caprae Capital PartnersCaprae Capital Partners is a lower middle-market private equity and acquisitions platform supported by Al led by Kevin Hong - a serial founder who scaled two tech ventures to $31M ARR (FinTech) and$7M (Entertainment) revenue.Today, Caprae is one of the fastest-scaling platforms in lower-middle-market M&A and ETA ecosystem, combining an international research engine, a full-stack deal sourcing arm, and a rapidly expanding tech layer.YTD, Caprae's services divisions have completed $50M worth of transaction value and is expected to exceed $150M in Q1 & Q2 of 2026 after launching in January of 2025. We're looking for those who are looking to take PE to the next level.Caprae is growing incredibly fast and is expected to grow 25% MoM for most of 2026 and we need someone who is crazy about building a rocket ship with us with the right talent.Role DescriptionThe Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for the top-of-funnel growth engine for our organization - identifying new leads, conducting research, generating potential business opportunities, and fostering initial communication with prospects. The role will also involve collaborating with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are efficiently converted into clients while maintaining consistent communication to build strong relationships.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute structured lead generation strategies aligned with defined Ideal Customer ProfilesIdentify and research high-quality prospects across target industries, geographies, and decision-maker levelsLeverage advanced prospecting tools (Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other databases) to build accurate and scalable outreach listsConduct in-depth company and stakeholder research to support personalized outbound campaignsBuild, segment, and maintain clean prospect databases to support multi-channel outreach initiativesEnsure high standards of data accuracy, enrichment, and validation across all lead listsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting criteria and improve conversion qualityWhat we look forClear, confident communicator who can build rapport quickly with senior stakeholdersHighly motivated, autonomous, and performance-drivenExcellent written and verbal communicationComfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsStrong interest in entrepreneurship, business, private equity, or financeFinance education or deal exposure strongly preferredStrong with numbers—this is a commercial role with real economics behind itMust be fluent in English
