The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. This position requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to leverage digital tools to support business growth.ResponsibilitiesConduct research to identify and qualify potential leads across target industries.Develop and execute effective outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.Maintain and manage lead data within CRM systems to ensure accuracy and traceability.Coordinate with business development and marketing teams to align messaging and lead targeting.Track, analyze, and report lead performance metrics on a regular basis.Continuously explore new tools and methods to enhance lead quality and conversion efficiency.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of proven experience in lead generation or business development.Proficiency with CRM and outreach tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a results-driven environment.What We OfferCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentives.Flexible, fully remote work setup.Opportunity to grow with a dynamic and expanding organization.Collaborative work culture focused on innovation and professional development.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per monthSales Commission: Attractive performance-based incentivesMedical Coverage: Provided after successful completion of a 3-month probation periodProfessional working environment with growth opportunitiesExposure to multi-brand business development and strategic projects
